Sweat with Your Sweetheart (Couples, Friends, or Family)
It is a combination of both individual & partner exercises. Using each other body weight to stabilize during exercise as well as to provide resistance is both fun & challenging!
Workouts will be held at our fitness studio @ 5121 Henderson Rd Temple Hills, MD 20748. Partners will meet with your Personal Trainer Killa Candise once per week for a 45 minute session.
