"Fight Like A Girl" Boot Camp (Tues & Thursdays)

A high energy combination of traditional boxing workouts including heavy bag drills, shadowboxing, punching drills, focus mitt drills, speed drills, foot work, jump rope, core & balance training.
The class is centered around boxing but also includes Kickboxing and Self Defense drills fusing the fun high energy fitness drills with Life Saving drills.
This is more than a fitness class this is a small group personal training program. Only 10 participants in each class in order for everyone to receive individualized attention.
A free fitness assessment, nutrition analysis, FB Support group, and mobile app for off day workouts are included for FREE!!!
